Privacy & Cookies

• Order details — name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, and the product options you chose
• Artwork you upload — stored securely so we can produce your order and offer it back to you for reorders
• Account info — if you sign in (Google or email/password), your order history is linked to your account so you can see and reorder past builds
• Payment — card payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number

To produce, deliver, and support your orders: emailing proofs and confirmations, calculating shipping, and answering questions. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

• Google Firebase — hosting, sign-in, and secure storage of orders and artwork
• Stripe — card payments
• Resend — transactional email (proofs, confirmations)
• Google Places — address suggestions while you type at checkout (your keystrokes in the address field are sent to Google to fetch suggestions)
• Shippo — live shipping rates for your address
• Google Analytics— anonymous usage statistics (pages visited, what gets added to carts) so we know what's working; IP addresses are anonymized and we don't send it your name, email, or artwork

Each processes only what it needs for its job, under its own privacy policy.

Two kinds. Essential: keeping you signed in, remembering your cart, and remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. Analytics: Google Analytics cookies that give us anonymous counts of visits and cart activity — no advertising cookies and no cross-site ad tracking. Most ad blockers block the analytics cookies and the site works fine without them.

Email sales@ioniccustoms.com to get a copy of your data or have your account, artwork, and history deleted (we may keep bare order records where tax law requires). The site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.
