Terms of Service

Everything we sell is made to order. Every order includes a digital proof emailed to you; production begins only after you approve it. Approving the proof confirms the design, spelling, colors, and sizing shown — please review it carefully. On-screen previews and proofs are for reference; exact colors and finishes can vary with materials and processes.

You keep full ownership of artwork you upload. By submitting it you confirm you have the right to use it (it's yours, licensed to you, or you're authorized by the owner — including logos and trademarks), and you give us a limited license to store, display, and reproduce it solely to produce your order, show it in your account, and — only with your permission — feature finished work in our gallery. We may decline artwork we can't legally or ethically produce.

Configurator prices are live and honored at the time you place the order. Emailed quotes are valid for 30 days. You can pay by card up front (via Stripe) or after proof approval via an emailed payment link; either way, production starts after approval. Obvious pricing errors on the site (a $0.01 banner) may be corrected before proof approval, in which case you may cancel for a full refund.

Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, though we hit them nearly all the time and will flag risks early. Our responsibility for defective, damaged, or lost orders is set out in the Refunds & Remakes policy — in short, we remake or refund. Our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for that order; we're not liable for indirect losses (missed events, lost profits).

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Ionic Customs operates. If any part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time — the date at the top reflects the current version, and material changes won't apply retroactively to orders already placed.
