Refunds & Remakes

Everything we make is custom, so our policy is built around one idea: nothing goes into production until you've approved a proof, and if we get it wrong after that, we make it right.
Before you approve your proof
Every order — paid up front or not — gets a free digital production proof by email. Until you approve that proof, nothing is printed, cut, or engraved, and you can change or cancel the order for a full refund, no questions asked. Card payments are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After you approve your proof
Proof approval is the green light for production, and materials get committed to your job right away. From that point custom items can no longer be canceled or returned — they're made to your artwork and can't be resold.
Defects, damage, and our mistakes
If your order shows up wrong, we fix it at no cost to you:
- Manufacturing defects (peeling, misprints, bad engraving, loose stitching)
- Damage in transit — a photo of the package and product is all we need
- A finished product that doesn't match the proof you approved
Email sales@ioniccustoms.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order email, and we'll remake the affected items free or refund them — your choice.
What isn't covered
- Errors that were visible in the approved proof (typos, layout, colors shown) — please look proofs over carefully
- Color shifts inherent to materials and processes (previews are for reference)
- Normal wear, misuse, or products altered after delivery
That said — if something feels off, reach out anyway. We'd rather fix a gray area than lose a customer over it.
