REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy

At Ionic Customs, LLC, we strive to provide products that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • Custom Products:
    As our custom products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective or significantly different from what was ordered. However, if you are not satisfied with your custom product, please contact us, and we will work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

  • In-Stock Products:
    If you are not satisfied with your in-stock purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

2. Process for Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact us at sales@ioniccustoms.com with your order details and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We may request photos or additional information to better understand the issue.

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to proceed. If approved, you may choose between the following options:

  • Replacement: We will send a replacement for the product at no additional cost, except for shipping charges.

  • Refund: We will refund the original purchase price to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs.

3. Shipping Costs

  • If you choose to return a product for a refund or replacement, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • In the event that a replacement is sent, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product to you.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom products unless they are defective or incorrect

5. Processing Time

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

For replacements, we will begin processing the new item as soon as your return is received and approved.
