  • Custom-Made Products:
    All custom-printed and made-to-order products may ship next day for stickers or take up to 2 weeks for hats to process before shipping. The time required to create your custom product varies depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders at the time.

  • In-Stock Products:
    Products that are in stock will be processed and shipped either the same day or the next business day after the order is placed.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Typical delivery time ranges from 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and do not include the time required for processing custom products.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping, which can be selected at checkout.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Ionic Customs, LLC primarily ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at sales@ioniccustoms.com to discuss availability and costs.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages
